Introduction

The advanced instrumentation center (AIC) was founded in 1996. The AIC integrates and operates several advanced instruments and equipment in YunTech to support the R&D works for the academic and industrial users in the nearby counties. Furthermore, AIC provides several training courses and programs on operating advanced equipment for high technology industry in the community area in order to promote the ability for the R&D personnel.

- To provide services on various specimen analysis and micro-electronic manufacturing.
- To integrate precision instrument resources in campus in order to support academic teaching and research works.
- To promote the extension training and education programs.
- To promote the sharing and participating of using advanced instrument center under the support of the National Science Council.
- To promote the integration of the regional resources on advanced instrument.
- To uniform the academic and industrial uses of advanced instrument in YunTech.
